Standard Cancellation
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will not attract any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged one night's room tariff.
No-Show Policy
- In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive), the hotel will charge 100% of the first night's stay.
Early Departure
- Guests who check out earlier than the confirmed departure date may be charged one additional night's room tariff.
Group Bookings (5 rooms or more)
- For group bookings, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will attract a 50% retention charge.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will attract a 100% retention charge.
Peak Season / Special Events
- During high-demand periods or special events, all bookings may be non-refundable, and 100% charges may apply for any cancellation or no-show.
Refund Timeline
- Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Amendments
- Date changes or any amendments are subject to room availability and may result in a change of tariff.
Force Majeure
- In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to waive or modify the cancellation fees at its discretion.
